These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Naldkub platform, including all content, features, seminars, and services available at naldkub.com. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

By creating an account, browsing the platform, or participating in any seminar or educational activity offered by Naldkub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naldkub.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.

4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless a separate written agreement with Naldkub expressly permits commercial use. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the experience of other users.
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components of the platform.
— Use the platform to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malware.
5. Educational Content and Seminars
5.1 Nature of Content
All content provided through Naldkub, including seminar sessions, written materials, quizzes, and discussions, is intended for general educational purposes only. Content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.
5.2 Participation in Seminars
When participating in live or recorded seminars, you agree to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior during sessions may result in removal from the session and suspension of your account.
5.3 Content Availability
Naldkub does not guarantee that any specific content, seminar, or feature will remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any content or service at any time without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Content
All content on the Naldkub platform, including text, graphics, logos, video recordings, seminar materials, and software, is the property of Naldkub or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you by virtue of using the platform.
6.2 Limited License
Naldkub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content except where expressly permitted.
6.3 User Contributions
If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including comments, discussion responses, or quiz answers, you grant Naldkub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain seminars or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Naldkub to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific refund terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final once access to content has been granted. To request a refund, contact support@naldkub.com within the timeframe specified at purchase.
7.3 Price Changes
Naldkub reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Naldkub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naldkub disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Naldkub, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if Naldkub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Naldkub's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to Naldkub in the twelve months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of 100 USD, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naldkub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to the Platform
Naldkub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Naldkub regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Naldkub to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
